Welcome Friends,

If you are reading this you probably either choose to go gluten-free for personal reasons, allergies, intolerances, or you have Celiac Disease. My goal is to give you tips to make this change easy for you as well as menu ideas that are kid friendly.

Let me introduce myself,

I'm Melissa Anderson, I have Celiac Disease and because of that it has changed my life and the lives of our family as the majority of what has to happen in our kitchen must be gluten-free. I'm learning more about this autoimmune disease everyday, but the most important thing I have learned is that once you get past the initial shock, you need to change a few things and then this is possible to do.

I have an incredible husband who is so supportive and when we found out told me that we were going to do this together. We have 4 beautiful boys that love to eat and so far we have had no complaints over the food put in front of them.

So mommas, dads, grandparents, or anyone just wanting to figure this out and make good food without it being scary. This blog is for you. If it works out for our family I'm going to share it with yours.

Welcome to our Gluten-Free Table
